Mr. Chen (Uncle Charlie)
Kitchen Sous Chef
Uncle Charlie (as we call him) has been a chef all his life which started in China. He is in the industry for the love of food and creating delicious sauces and dishes for Mizuki. He has been with Mizuki since April of 2016. He is married with 3 kids and also has 1 grandkid. He spends most of his time babysitting his grandkid during his days off. He loves fishing and crabbing. We seldom get delicious fish and crab staff dinners.

Andrew
Sushi Head Chef
Andrew has been a sushi chef for 7 years. He joined Mizuki May of 2022. He came from the competitor place and we cannot be happier he decided to join Mizuki. Andrew has a respectful and mild mannerism which all of us love. Andrew loves creating fancy rolls and whatever we wish him to do such as our latest delicious poke bowls. Andrew also creates special rolls for holidays. Andrew is single but he loves to settle down soon to have a family of his own. In his free time, you can find Andrew playing pool and hanging out with his friends.
